I called this company about 45 minutes before closing crying and having a panic attack due to “thousands of giant a** gnats” in my house (obviously wasn’t gnats, but I wasn’t sure how to compare them.) My point is that this man listened to me, figured out what he believed it to be, made sure I understood that either option doesn’t bite/sting to calm me down (new mom of an infant here), then came out to my house (20-30 minutes away) shortly before closing, and told me the problem, walked me through how to handle it step by step (with pricing) and gave me alternative ideas to hold us over
