The customer service from this place is pathetic at best. I requested our deposit back and got a super s****** email from Monique.
The owner of our property was amazing. He fixed things, made things very nice.
But Cheryl and Co is useless, and should be run out of town as property managers.
After 3 years of living there they all of a sudden didn’t have a phone number to get ahold of us..... lies!!!!
The inspection lady that came it was her first day on the job!!!
So in short they rented the house a week after we moved out, and I doubt we will see a dime of our deposit or last months rent

I contacted them to find out what their minimum credit score requirement is for potential tenants before starting the application process and wasting time and money on an application that would just be thrown out. Instead of addressing my direct question, they emailed a generic response instructing me to fill out the application before viewing any properties. A family member applied through them and wasted $80 in application fees. They didn't inform her until afterward that they require a 620 credit score to recommend any potential renters to their owners. In my opinion, that's theft. Why not simply
