The drop box has been discontinued so please get to the office during business hours to pick up your tags! Companies working within the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation are required to apply for the MHA DOT Decals.

Services
Used only when the vehicle is a rental from a verified rental company for a short duration of time. Employee's personal vehicle needs to be a standard vehicle. Semi's will not be able to get a hanging tag. Verified Employees are only allowed up to one vehicle per employee. If you need more vehicles to register you will be charged for up to 5 vehicles.
Citations are issued if a company does not have a TERO Business License or MHA DOT Decal while doing business on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation. Certificate of Liability Insurance must have both General Commercial Liability & Auto Liability in a minimum of one million coverage. Hazardous Material hauling requires a five million dollar coverage.
Single Trip Permit is for companies with a TERO ID and MHA DOT Decal moving a vehicle that is overweight or oversized. Companies without a TERO ID & only use twice a year will need a Single Special Trip Permit. Trips are defined as traveling from point "A" to "B" and can not be used for more than one trip.
Any company related to oil traffic doing business within the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation Boundaries. The application asks if you would like the tags mailed or picked up. If the tags are mailed they are mailed via USPS & may take up to 7 business days to arrive. If you pick the tags up please allow one business day to process.
