Services
My approach to therapy is largely grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and other trauma-informed interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I place emphasis on the mind/body connection in the healing of trauma and my approach is informed by attachment theory.
Prior to scheduling our first appointment, we will set up a brief phone consultation to discuss your presenting concerns, to see if they fall within the scope of my practice, to answer any questions you have, and to determine therapeutic fit. Prior to our first session, I will ask you to complete the required intake paperwork.
