A Step Above Physical Therapy was established in 2008. We are an outpatient clinic that treats orthopedic & neurological conditions, ranging from MS & Parkinson's to the common strain/sprain injury to Work & Motor Vehicle related injuries, and post-surgical injuries. Our outpatient clinic was, and has always been, to focus solely on individualized patient care.

Linda is a great physical therapist. She gives 100% to her patients 1:1. She really listens to issues and addresses them ~ such personalized service. She has flexible hours and she is very personable and fun to talk to. I really looked forward to my p.t. appointments! It was great being in a private studio with one p.t. at work, which was Linda, as I used to go to hectic big box p.t. places with therapists who often ran late, gave quick 30 minute appointments, and had multiple patients. There isn't any privacy in those places, either, as multiple people are serviced at once. Linda is the owner

Linda has completely turned my life around - from living with chronic pain to a point where I feel empowered and really able to manage my pain. When I first called A Step Above, I was having trouble w/my insurance - long story short I had to switch my PCP and my network. I found Linda so helpful during this initial process - granted, mine wasn't the norm, but she knew how to navigate the insurance process, was patient with me throughout (even when I had given up hope of receiving treatment), and went out of her way to speak to my new PCP office to get everything straightened out.

Over the years, I have visited several physical therapists for treatment of my osteoarthritic knees. Recently I fell and injured one of my knees and the orthopedic doctor again prescribed physical therapy treatment. Rather than return to the PT offices where I had been treated in the past, I decided to go to A Step Above Physical Therapy. Treatment here is COMPLETELY different from other offices because Linda, the PT, spends the ENTIRE time working on/treating her patients. In other offices, the PT's could often be working on 3 or 4 patients at the same time! Linda was very knowledgeable and patient

I would highly recommend A Step Above Physical Therapy to anyone! The owner is very professional,flexible, kind and organized. I was able to get an appointment so I could start PT right away! I spent almost 7 months getting the treatment that I needed and with the great expertise and knowledge she provided I felt that I had improved so much by the end. Thank you!!
