S&S Towing was started by Steve Smith Sr. in September of 1998 with one 1989 Ford wrecker, which was followed by a brand new international flatbed in the upcoming December. Steve Smith Jr. joined in January of 1999 after being laid off for winter as a gravel train driver and as the business was starting to pick up.
I can honestly say you guys made a terrible day better. I was the passenger in a car that was side swiped by a semi and tossed into the median. Not a single vehicle stopped to check on us until your driver, Ian Smith, stopped. He was courteous and friendly. Even after he had the car loaded, he was still willing to grab my sons stroller from the trunk.

My daughter sold a car to someone and they got the car impounded before getting the car legal.
S&S told my daughter that she was responsible for the car and the impound since she was the last registered owner of the car. Which freaked her out. So she signed some paperwork giving the new owners mom Power of Attorney over that vehicle.
After she told me this i looked it up and the SOS states that she WAS NOT responsible for anything the purchaser did after she sold it.
S&S lies and they manipulated her into signing that form.

With 2 rear tires completely flat along the Expressway. I prayed and saw good reviews for S & S Towing. They were fast! The Driver was knowledgeable and showed concern for safety. He took care of all business after he unloaded the car at the shop. I felt it was about helping people, more than making money.
