Great staff and wonderful experience! Comfortable and wonderful experience from the time I entered until I left the building. I wish I would have been better with names because each person I worked with was great. Very happy with the patience and help they gave me picking out some frames. I think everyone must know about Bond already because that is my only criticism is it took a month to get an appt.

My visit to Bond Family Eye Care on 10/05/2021 was very nice. The staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. I was there for a diabetic eye exam, Dr. Bond very nice and explained how my exam went, it went well, but what I liked was he took the time to explain everything to me. Thanks everyone at Bond Family Eye Care!!!

From the time I arrived and every step after I was made to feel I was a member of this family. Everyone was welcoming, and attentive to my needs with a naturalism that said this is who they are. Dr. Michael Bond was so kind and throughly explained what was going to happen and why. He was attentive to my questions and made my visit a very nice experience. I was given suggestions for frames and help keeping cost to a minimum while still looking good. I was very pleased to say the least.

Showed up nearly 30 minutes early for appointment, did paperwork, didn't even get to look at any frames and they called me back to exam room did test needed and wasn't even two minutes and eye doctor came in. Doctor did his exam and explained what seeded to be done for my eyes to see better. He didn't rush listened to my questions and answered them where I could understand. Everyone in his office that I dealt with was very professional and courteous. And also were able to answer the questions I had with no problem. I would recommend them to everyone. Good business with excellent customer service
