Asherdee is an absolute master of her craft. I cannot give her enough praise and I've only had 1 session with her (I immediately booked a 2nd session after we finished if that's any indication of her skill and expertise.) She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, inviting, and professional. My friend recommended her when I told him I was beginning my search for a massage therapist in the area, and I'm glad I took his advice that she is a tier above anyone else around here.

Asherdee, the amazing and beautifully intuitive owner of Breath In Serenity is a gift to be around and her gifts are just as good! Before our first session I did not have full mobility in my arm. I was having trouble extending it and trying to find a comfortable way to sleep was hard until she completely cleared all pain in my arm and I felt brand new again! She had me in tears on the table during the massage because we were also working through some emotional trauma, which was great and much needed. After my first appointment I was running back for the second. My second session was an energy healing

Her place was absolutely beautiful! it was a nice calm environment! Nice and clean, the floors were shiny! the bed was so comfy and relaxing! The pillows were the best wishes I could bring them home with me! So I got the pregnancy massage and I'm 37 wks pregnant. She was very gentle yet soothing and relieved my muscles. Had some pretty bad… shoulder pain and she worked it right out within minutes! she used hot stones and I thought they would be to hot but they were perfect! My legs feel amazing and also my feet! She is absolutely the best and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone

What a beautiful space. I felt relaxed and welcome from the minute I arrived. Asherdee is a powerhouse of knowledge and bodywork technique and I left feeling better than I have in a long time. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone involved in strenuous activity on a regular basis( in sports, weight lifting, running etc.).

Not your fluffy massage! Asherdee provides therapudic massage to relieve work-related muscle tension and pain. I am a long haul truck driver and routinely experiences neck and shoulder tension and pain. Asherdee has a talent for finding the 'traffic jams' of muscle knots. While the process can be extremely painful, the relief provided when those knots of tension release can't be described. I wish I could take her with me in my truck.

I can not speak highly enough about Asherdee and her services. I have been a client for over two years. When I arrived for my first visit, Asherdee spent time really listening to me about my various body pain and set up a treatment plan. And after two visits, my body pain lessened and my muscles were looser. Her knowledge is unsurpassed when… dealing with the body. She will tell you what she is doing and ask for feedback. To me it is amazing that the “head bone” is connected to the “tail bone” and to the “toe bone”. I always walk out a little bit taller

I hate businesses that make their pricing a big mystery. I shouldn't have to install an app, create an account, enter credit card info and book an appointment to find the price. There are plenty of us who can afford the services, just dont want to play games to plan our days. The fact I have to go to this extent is shameful. We go to Mirbeau often… enough. They are pricey, but no games, drama, or mystery. They put their services and prices right out there for you to chose. We are going to be in town for a week coming up...but have decided to throw my business to Day Spa. Upfront pricing

I have to say for once google helped me out! This is a local business that I will support! I had quite a bit of back and shoulder pain and they helped me feel so much better after my first time being there. I would recommend this place to anyone that asked about a massage therapist! Such a cool experience with the Ionic Foot Bath session that I was left wanting more. I read the description for the service but wasn't 100% on what to expect. I was blown away by how intense, detailed, and professional my therapist was. The treatment involved so much more than feet. Legs and lower back felt relief as well as my feet. It was awesome. I would highly recommend this to those that are on their feet for work as well as those physically active.
Lets face it, we all deserve a little special treatment. Go get yourself some!

My wife encouraged me to make an appointment, as she had, for a muscular deep tissue healing. My wife's experience was life changing, as was mine. Asherde, is the licensed owner, who was trained in Asia. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is just incredible. My issue was related to degenerative lumbar disc disease, and her treatment left me with a greater range of motion and I regained muscle and joint control. It was an amazing experience, and my wife and i would highly recommend her. We have driven 3 hours for an appointment, and will do so again in the future.
