I’ve dealt with Dixie Products for seven years and I have found them to be great people to do business with! Cluttered small town store with a ton of different types of products. Anything truck related I'm sure they can get. That said, the place is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a truck box and it arrived next day. The gentleman helped me put it into my truck and gave me some installation tips even though I didn't pay them to install it. I got a good price and walked away satisfied. I will come back.

My first experience here with Jan and young man named allen (or maybe Alex?) Was good. But.. Went ....not only down hill but over the cliff with the second interaction ; from the moment I met Denise until 2 ( that were rude ) of the 3 men loading up my daughter. A misunderstanding that would have costs 10 minutes and not near the energy if you could have been kind and not mean... And I would have been a customer for life.
