Mr. Slinkard is a fourth degree black belt in Moo Sul Kwan Taekwondo; He is an AMASEA Chief Instructor and he founded the Missouri Taekwondo Institute in 2011. Mr. Gibson is a first degree black belt in Moo Sul Kwan Taekwondo; He is an AMASEA Certified Instructor and has been a member of the Missouri Taekwondo Institute since 2013.

The Moo Sul Kwan Martial Arts Institute was founded by Grandmaster Lee H. Park in September of 1969, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This professional institute specializes in the Korean martial arts of Taekwondo and Hapkido and has led many students over the years to the black belt level. Today, the President of Moo Sul Kwan is Grandmaster Charles F. Hildebrand, 8th dan, who resides and teaches in St. Louis.
