Our personalised treatments help release tension and loosen stiffness while ensuring soothing relaxation from head to toe. This therapeutic treatment is great for ailments such as: arthritis, muscle tears, ligament strains, post-traumatic injuries, and postural deviations.
7 Mile Island Massage makes it so easy to relax! Their massages are top-notch, and they are friendly, responsive, and arrive promptly (the fact that they come to you earns them a multitude of gold stars). I especially appreciate their willingness to follow your cues. If you want to engage in conversation, great, but if you want to just chill out and enjoy some silence or quiet music, they will let you.
Before the arrival of our therapists, we suggest securing a calm and quiet spot in your home for your massage. Alert family members of your appointment and your need for privacy. Our therapist will need space for the massage table and room to maneuver around the table (ideally at least 510 feet). We recommend setting aside your phone and any other distractions for the duration of your massage.

Nik is the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. He is curious as to where you hold your tension and knows the human body very well. You feel wonderfully relaxed and even energized when he’s finished. Nik is talented, mindful of his touch, and is a good listener. When you let him know that something is working and feels great, he stays with it. And if the pressure isn’t quite right, he seems to sense it and make the proper adjustments. He loves what he does and it shows through his work!

Nick came to our rental house in Avalon. He arrived on time, and gave the 3 of us 1 hour massages. The table was warm and comfy. But the most amazing thing was the individualized perfection of the treatments. 3 different body types...... 3 very happy clients!! We highly recommend 7 Mile Island Massage!

Nick has been giving my son massages for the last few months. He has been an instrumental part of his healing process. My son has Ewing’s Sarcoma Cancer and has had several operations on his spine to remove tumors. The day after chemo he is sore and tired and the massages have helped him to feel rejuvenated and relaxed! There is no one I trust with him more, and know he will have one of the best massages ever.

Flexibility and mobility were what I got at the end of my massage with Nik. I have very stiff muscle all over my body and misaligned bones. Nik spotted my problems right away and worked on them with excellent techniques and the right amount of pressure. He made solving my physical fatigue his priority and attended to them with tenderness and proficiency. I would definitely have him back at my home.

I have never loved massages because I never really understood what all the fuss was about. NOW I finally understand just how great a massage can be after having a massage by Nik Pattantyus from 7 Mile Massage in Avalon. Oh. My. Goodness!! He did a combination of deep tissue, sports therapy and injury recovery massage. I have never experienced this level of relief from pain in such a short amount of time. I have a torn rotator cuff and C4, C5, C6 problems in my neck. He gave me such a reprieve my pain that it's almost unreal. He also did my mother in law, who had a bad fall last week
