During the initial phase of treatment, which can last between 4-8 weeks with 2-3 treatments a week, our treatment objective is to get you out of pain.
Your first appointment will last 40 minutes and include a comprehensive consultation, followed by your first treatment session. Follow-up visits last 20 minutes and focus on the treatment session, followed by pain re-assessment when necessary. If you need to cancel a day-of appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

I've been a patient of Paul G for over 5 years and he is an expert in many different modalities of pain management. I trust him for my back and disc pain as well as muscular pain. I have been going to chiropractors since 1996 and have never met such a resourceful doctor. I wish he would open an office in northern va. He is excellent! I thank him.

I highly recommend this Chiropractor as he has miraculously fixed my shoulder and arm from a bad plastic surgery gone wrong. My scar tissue has slowly dissolved & the shoulder muscles are functioning better.
The laser therapy coupled with Graston technique has been very effective and the office staff is very comforting too!

Today I was a little nervous about this visit after watching a few videos on YouTube. I walked into the location which is conveniently located above McPherson Square Metro Station. I was greeted at the front desk by the Receptionist and about 5 minutes later taken back to see Dr. "G". He took my weight, height, checked by blood pressure, and check my reflexes. Soon after he asked what brought me in. I expressed I have minor back pain, honestly it might not even be pain.. my back is stiff stiff and he could tell immediately. Alright here's the fun part. I go to the next room and he

Wish I could give this place zero stars. In terms of the service, it didn't do anything and just was a waste of time to be honest. I was better off watching a YouTube video on stretching - didn't do anything hands on.
My biggest complaint was the receptionist. I am still receiving a bill from over a year ago - one that was already paid. When I called back she was completely clueless and not helpful.
Go here if you want to continue to receive a copayment bill and waste your time

SAVE YOUR HEALTH AND TIME. Not a place I recommend for folks with lumbar herniated discs. I came in with very light sciatica pain and mentioned I had a lumber herniated disc a few years ago and may have messed it up after moving a sofa. After each individual session and doing his recommended exercises I was in EXTREME TERRIBLE pain much worse than the original injury itself. Dr. Derek Moore kept saying it was only muscular and nothing structural or related to my previous injury, but he was WAY WRONG. I believed him for 3 more sessions and 2 months of TERRIBLE pain. I could only get 2 hours of sleep

I had tried a few different chiropractors in the DC area and Dr. Glodzik is hands down the best. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and is able to quickly assess issues. My appointments are also really streamlined and quick--which is handy when popping out for a few minutes in the middle of the day. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and the reception folks are friendly and helpful.

I've had various chiropractors over the last 14 years, and Dr Derek Moore is awesome. I've been coming here for several months now, and I always leave feeling better. He's super nice and patient. This place is different than many traditional chiropractors I've been to in that they do a lot more to combine chiropractic adjustments with sports physical therapy techniques and customized exercises based on your lifestyle, instead of just giving you the same back adjustment every week. Scheduling is usually pretty flexible and easy, I rarely have to wait, and they send you appointment

Dr. Derek Moore is the best I have ever seen (and I've seen a lot!). I was suffering from immense sciatic pain for nearly a year. I couldn't exercise, and was having trouble walking. I was very depressed and had seen several physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists and internists to no avail. Nothing was working. Then I saw Dr. Moore and without exaggeration, within a week I was feeling better. He is compassionate, patient, and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the body and all of its subtleties. I have since recommended him to my husband as he is having knee issues and he is on the mend

To be honest, I never got past the receptionist, so I can't rate the actual doctors. I was excited to try this practice. I made an online appointment and confirmed it with a receptionist. When I showed up they said I didn't have an appointment. I asked if they could fit me in and they said they could if I waited around for 2 hours. Having traveled an hour to get there and with a babysitter waiting at home I said that wouldn't be possible. To top it off, the receptionist I spoke to lacked any sort of sincerity in her apologies. I won't be going back.

I've been seeing Dr. Glodzik for a couple years now. I started seeing him when I had some IT band issues associated with marathon training and continued to see him after I started crossfit and had on and off pain in my knees, shoulder, and neck. Every time I have sports related recurring pain, I go back and he fixes me right up. Now I've started seeing him again for my hip after a year's hiatus. He's everything I'm looking for in a PT. My visits are productive and quick. He focuses in on the methods that work but includes me in that decision. I'm not a fan of grastin

Andrew Toth is a great sports chiropractor!! I was in DC for 6 months and I needed a chiropractor for regular maintenance and a few issues I was having. Dr. Toth is a great communicator and he really knows how to get the root of the problem.
Overall, this is a great clinic. Front office staff is awesome, and they use email to remind you of appointments. I can't recommend them enough.

TERRIBLE experience. I went in to see Dr. Toth for some mild back pain. He told me in 2-3 weeks I should be fine, as it was just tight muscles. During my 6th visit with Dr. Toth, he incorrectly performed an exercise that "shredded", as my orthopedic surgeon put it, all my SI joints between L4-L5. Within 3 minutes of leaving the facility, I could not sit and was in terrible pain. Within 2 hours, I was in FULL spasm, COMPLETELY immobile and in EXCRUCIATING pain. After their website misinformed their hours, I found myself in the ER for 10+ hours the next day and again 3 days later.

I went to Dr. Glodzik for several years. Most recently, I went to him for an injury that was extremely painful. It was clear that Dr. Glodzik did not know the cause and it was possible that his treatments were making it worse. I asked him if I should be seeking other types of treatments, but he insisted that I should not and came up with various (incorrect) reasons for my worsening pain. After multiple treatments that were making my pain worse, I gave up on Dr. Glodzik and went to another chiropractor who quickly saw the larger picture and was not afraid to tell me that if his treatments did not

I don't know what I would do without Dr. Paul!!! I literally am putting my life in his hands. LOL, I trust him not to break my neck, but honestly I trust him and rely on him to heal me. And I can count on him! That's really important, sometimes you get a pinch from one bad move and the pain is immediate and long lasting, he's there, he'll squeeze you in, and he's amazing! Thank you for bailing me out of so many injuries (I'm not a clutz I swear, I just want to do so many things, tho my body isn't always ready for full force forging ahead).
He is great at chiropractic

No offense, but he's so much better than all the "tiny" chiropractors in the area. Dr. Paul is a full size guy with the ability to get things done that smaller chiropractors just don't have the strength to do.
I am working through some locked hip issues due to my neglect and not going to the chiropractor for over a year. So my issues are mostly my fault.
Dr. Paul is, as far as I know, the only chiropractor in DC practicing "graston." This is a somewhat unpleasant soft tissue release technique. I discovered this in San Francisco a few years ago, and I delighted

Beware! After one visit to the office, I am now dealing with bruised, possibly fractured, upper ribs. I saw Dr. Glodzik for a knee injury, and somehow this happened. I am in a great deal of pain a week after my visit and am extremely frustrated. To make matters worse, he did not respond to my emails about what happened, which is extremely unprofessional.
I will never return and cannot recommend this office.
