NECA Scholarship Program offers financial aid to deserving Navajo individuals to assist them in completion of a college. A top down view of NECA's operations and an introduction to our staff, facilities and safety training avalible. NECA has constructed over 750 miles of roadways, 30 bridges, dams, thousands of miles of waterlines and sanitary facilities for the Navajo people.

The Navajo Engineering and Construction Authority (NECA) is organized as an enterprise of the Navajo Nation. NECA is authorized to engage in business transactions in the general engineering and heavy construction industry. The purpose of NECA is to provide employment and professional development opportunities while promoting the enhancement of the economic environment of the People of the Navajo Nation.
NECA's mission is to be the premier heavy, civil and utility contractor while focusing on the values of excellence, service and employee development. We envision NECA to be the leader in the construction industry. We will earn our customers' recognition and respect through continuous improvement driven by integrity, teamwork, and innovation of NECA people.
It is the expressed objective of the NECA Scholarship Program that financial aid be provided to deserving Navajo students to assist them in completion of a college education. We desire these students become productive, contributing members of the Navajo Nation. The awarded scholarship amount is $1,500 per term.

Place where I started as a Young individual, learn a lot from this company. And how I think about thos place is how they help the Navajo people with getting there water 💧 into there homes and for there livestocks. Some live so far away off the main highway, and now some do have water to there homes. Very great company
