Services
PrimRose Home Care & Hospice is a leading provider of home health and hospice services in Northern Utah. We have been locally owned & operated since 2006. Our team of skilled professionals specialize in providing exceptional care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Those we care for have an assigned team that gets to know them individually and works directly with their physicians to provide the highest quality in-home care.
Home health care is a service, prescribed by a physician, to assist with rehabilitation after an illness, injury, hospital stay, or surgery. We also help manage patients with a chronic medical condition with the goal of preventing unnecessary hospitalization. Through one-hour home visits from specialized clinicians, we work with our clients until recovery goals are achieved.
PrimRose Hospice provides compassionate care to individuals in the final stages of life. We believe that everyone deserves to have a high quality of life, and this philosophy is evident in the way we respectfully care and treat each person. With 24-7 on-call support, highly skillful care, as well as spiritual and emotional counseling, we are well equipped to enrich the experience for your loved one.
I have worked with Mark, the owner of Primrose, on a few different occasions and have nothing but good things to say. I can tell he cares about his clients more than he cares about the money they're bringing in, and he and his team go above and beyond to make sure their patients are well cared for.
Generally, doctors refer patients to hospice care if they are expected to pass away within six months and do not want to undergo aggressive treatments. Care can always be extended if the patient's condition remains life-limiting. Historically, hospice care has been provided most often to cancer patients; however, hospice care is also available to patients with any illness, such as heart disease, dementia, COPD or HIV/AIDS.

Starting with primrose as a volunteer and just fell in love with the way they treat/manage their patients. Then became a CNA for them and have loved every second.

Primrose was a godsend when I needed a caregiver for my mother immediately on the same day I called them. They went out of their way to find someone who could work that evening. I have used them again and again with some of my mother's setbacks and each time the caregivers have always been exceptionally nice and very experienced with caring for the elderly. I highly recommend them.

My paralyzed mother recently moved in with us. It has not been fun, let me tell you that. Our main concern was making sure she was still receiving her medication and able to financially support herself while in our house. (Adult diapers, etc)

I took my mother in for her very first doctor's visit. All future doctor's appointments will be in home, and not out of home (unlike what we did for the first one). It took us over 2 hours to transport her and her wheelchair into my car and get her to the appointment (which was rescheduled by the doctor's office twice AFTER we had arrived
