Believe it or not, Destin Palms is the brainchild of a 17-year-old student. In 2013, Paul Couch was a Realtor for a Real Estate brokerage in Destin, Florida. He had been working in real estate here at the beach for three years, and had an extensive background in years of Real Estate Investment Properties, Property Management, and Sales.

Please note for our rentals the max weight per pet is 20lb, some pet friendly vacation rentals only allow 1 pet, and the following larger breeds are not permitted: PitBull, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute, Mastiffs, Huskies, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernards, Burmese Mountain Dogs, and Golden Doodles.*

Majestic Sun 501B was nothing shy of amazing! You can definitely tell that the owners care about this condo and their guests who choose to stay here. They have missed absolutely nothing from the detailed, coordinated decorating to the stocked kitchen, linens and beach chairs. Our family and guests very much enjoyed our stay, and plan to stay here again when we have the opportunity. Thank you owners of 501 B for the best condo ever!

We just returned from a week at El Casa Grande! It was an amazing stay and a great location. The pool was awesome and the house had everything we could have needed. We did have issues with the air conditioning, however Maintenance was very responsive and came right over. We would definitely stay here again and work with Destin Palms again!

We stayed in A208 at Majestic Sun and our stay was amazing! Our room was clean, simple and well decorated. Very inviting, with a nautical feel! It was a great location for beaching and food! We rarely had to drive anywhere and that was just by choice. Everything you need is walkable! Very family-like atmosphere! Highly recommend and hope to return!

UPDATE 4/2- Thank you for the canned response. We called you Friday before our arrival on Saturday. At that time you let us know that the pool heater wasn't working. Despite numerous opportunities to resolve this, you did not. In fact, the owner of 24 Main Sail Dr. refused to have anything fixed immediately while they had paying guests. Instead, chose to try and get it resolved with a home warranty company. Despite numerous calls, we haven't heard from a manager so I assume customer satisfaction isn't your priority.
