I cancelled after a year contract. No one answers the phone or it is always busy. Their website doesn't work. They promised to come out to look at my panels per our contract but never came. I actually paid another company to fix my panels even though I had a contract with them. Just sad. I do not recommend. Don't believe me, call them yourselves right now.

This was probably the worst service I have received in my life. I had a fault on one of my inverters that I needed a professional to diagnose the problem. First I had to call them back twice just to get the appointment set up. Then they made a point to say their fee was $175. I thought a little high but if they could diagnose and fix the problem great. Well the technician shows up stays for 1 hour said he is out of time and couldn't find the problem. Left with wires dangling and no resolution. They email a bill the next morning but no follow up call. Once again I have to call them. They said the

I have been so impressed by the integrity and professionalism of this company. We went with Solar Maintenance Pros because we had a great experience with them at a previous home. When we moved out here we knew we wanted them to put solar on our barn. We had the roof replaced with a standing seam metal roof so that the panels could be clamped in place. There was a misunderstanding and the installers used a different kind of rail system that required them to drill holes. We were pretty upset about it. The whole process was very easy. Starting with our zoom meeting with our sales man . He was very clear and informative explains the costs, warranties and care of the system. The financing was easy and done quickly. The crew that came to install our solar system did an excellent job! They were polite and informative letting me know when they arrived and the process of installing along with the time frame. They cleaned up after themselves each day.
