As a team, we manage a wide variety of rental properties throughout Southern California including single-family homes, condos, apartments, office buildings, and commercial centers. Our services are consistently delivered by a professional management staff that works hard to provide you peace of mind.
Your property will be assigned a management team that specializes in your property's area. Having a manger with specific market knowledge is extremely valuable in assessing rents and knowing local market trends. Your assigned management team will offer suggestions to make your property rent-ready, or to enhance the appeal of your property.
We will find you a qualified tenant that meets our high standards of screening in 30 days or you don't pay our leasing fee! If we have to evict a tenant that we placed in your property for non-payment of rent, we will pay for the eviction up to $1250, which will usually cover all court costs and attorney fees.
Here at Archer Management Group we hold a General Contractor B License (#818991), which gives us the knowledge and the experience to oversee all repairs on your investment property to assure its being done right. We also offer a full service, repairs and maintenance program! This means we can help you with virtually any construction or remodeling and state compliance project you might have!

This company has dog breed restrictions for their rentals and couldn’t give me a reason why they have they have their discriminatory restrictions.

Signed a contract for home rental in Palm Desert, CA. I place a large sum of money using my credit card into their online portal. 4 days before move-in they cancel the contract. They don't want to refund application fees or fees associated with sending money into their portal. After some time I am wondering where my refund is, they tell me they sent a check back to MD when I've been in CA for the past month waiting for my rental. I ended up calling them to resend the check. So frustrating. Not sure why they couldn't just refund my credit card. Pretty much wasted over $150 applying for the rental

Kelly is seriously awesome! He is so responsive and attentive to all of your needs. He helped me get a rental in like 3 days when I had to be out by the weekend. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. I am now so happy in my new rental and Kelly made sure I got the house that I fell in love with. I plan to stay here for a long time but cannot wait for him to sell me my forever home (: Thank you Kelly!!!

Kelly and his team are beyond helpful. Kelly will answer his phone the moment you need something. Kelly got me into an amazing rental and it felt like nothing at all. The portal they have set up for paying rent and anything else you need is intuitive and convenient. I cant say enough nice things about Archer Management group.

Kelly has been fantastic! We just signed a lease on the perfect house for my wife and daughter. Kelly has been extremely responsive, by both text and phone. He was open and honest about the property. He is no-nonsense, which I highly value. The application website was straightforward as was signing the lease agreement. He is proactive and is already getting a few minor repairs taken care of without asking. Overall, I trust that he will take care of us throughout our lease.
