They moved from Phoenix, Arizona shortly after being married. Robb worked in the tile industry in Arizona and became his company's lead installer. With Robb's extensive background in design and attention for detail, the company grew from tile installation services to a full kitchen and bathroom remodeling company.
Laying It Down is a licensed General Contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Robb and Krissy work together with their team with an overall goal of excellence and integrity. Robb has completed the Certified Tile Education Foundation's certificate program and has been awarded the certification as a certified tile installer.

We start with an initial phone conversation with the customer. We communicate the services that Laying It Down can provide and the areas that we service. We will review the project, give options, and provide an initial estimated cost. Depending on the project, we may have the customer email pictures to provide a formal estimate or we may schedule time to come out to measure and discuss layout and design options.
