There was an issue with the invoice when I had a service repair made, but they got it all straightened out after I brought it up. Troy, the service manager, was very helpful with this. Thanks again.
UPDATE: I cannot go higher than 3 stars because as much as it costs to repair my vehicle, their military and other discounts only allow up to $50 off max (as opposed to a percentage) which ain’t much when you have to drop over $1200 for repairs on a truck that isn’t even worth that much. Their service is fine, it’s just the costs that I can’t believe.

Thank you to Rosie in service for helping get my son new tires for his Ford. He is stationed at Whiteman AFB and I reside in Alabama. She made this Mom relieved to know her son was well taken care of through this process and personally left me a message stating when his vehicle was finished. Warrensburg Ford was great on our recent vehicle repair. We were told by another dealership that our repair would cost a couple thousand dollars. Warrensburg diagnosed the problem and determined the repair was covered by Ford’s warranty. Their honesty was greatly appreciated and they were able to quickly get the vehicle in and make the repair.
