I have been beyond pleased with the treatment I’ve received from Dr. Jessica. I was initially skeptical of trying a chiropractor after a very bad experience years ago but given my chronic pain, decided to try it again with a new doctor. Dr. Jessica has helped me a great deal and I have not had any discomfort. I always look forward to my adjustments! All staff is very courteous and appointments have been prompt. Excellent care and service.

The staff here are nice and educated but I wouldn't advise going to this practice if you have experience with chiropractic services in the past (very salesy and early career doctors). My HCW experience: I elected to go because I was having minor and infrequent back spasms during early pregnancy and wanted to get on a maintenance and exercise plan to prepare for having a large belly in combo with an already weak back. I told them my insurance info before my visit and not once on the phone nor when I arrived did they share it was out of network, I did ask. I arrive early to fill out paperwork and

Fantastic practice! Care is top notch and front desk is welcoming and professional. I found this office as I was passing by and stopped in and to see if they were accepting new patients. I'm glad I did. My doctor has provided me with pain relief and I'm going to be seeing them again. I highly recommend this practice as you are not limited to one office.

Dr. Cindy and thr rest of the staff are so awesome! They always make me feel that they are happy to see me, like I'm not just another patient. I started off with awful pain in my back and hips where it hurt all of the time, and I am so much better now that I just go every 6 weeks for an adjustment to keep me feeling great!

Little Jess keeps things going in between sessions and truly takes the time to assess how you're feeling before your adjustment or therapy. Dana, Hannah & the reception ladies keep you on track with your wellness plan and are overall are the key difference in chiropractic care, my daughter loves everyone and looks forward to her adjustments as well!

It was such a blessing that Dr. Cindy and her staff were available for appointments during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I don’t know what I would have done. I threw my back out and couldn’t walk, sit or drive. In just a few appointments I was able to move again and after 5 appointments I was out of pain. Her team is friendly and attentive and they really care about their patients. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

If I wait until my treatment is complete before writing this review, possibly someone will miss out on starting their journey to feeling well again.
I started coming to Hornback Chiropractic back in December 2019 due to back pain. Due to finances and my work schedule, I had to discontinue treatment.
Then.. fast forward a couple of months. I injured my back and an old back surgery failed. I couldn't even stand up due to the muscle spasms and crippling pain. Dr. Cindy's office got me in right away.

The staff (Dr Shena, Trish, Alex, & Pam) are the absolute best. My son started receiving care at Hornback when he was 14. He plays a plethora of sports and needed adjustments. I am so thankful another mom from the football team recommended this practice. My son is now 16 and the care he received and continues to receive is top notch. I am now a patient and my neck and shoulders are feeling much better. The staff is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and most of all--friendly. I have been going to Hornback Chiropractic for over a year now and was really pleased with my adjustments. The problem arose when I went to pay my typical $25 copay this week and they told me I owed $138. When I asked why they told me there was a part of my typical therapy that hadn't been covered since April. They never told me it was costing me extra and being added as a balance to my account. When you walk in this beautiful new location off of Market St. the first thing you notice is how comfortable and elegantly decorated the waiting room is. Cassie up front is a really nice girl and the process flows seamlessly back to Dr. Hornback whom I can't recommend enough. She takes her time with you and is extremely skillful with the adjustments she performs. 5/5 and I plan on continuing to see these great people.

Had heard good things about this place. Unfortunately, my experience was a bad one. I paid $50 to sit in a waiting area past my appointment time, sit in a room waiting to be seen, had to watch a video on why to choose chiropractic care. I had already told them I had been going to a chiropractor, where I used to live, for years. When dr finally came in I received barely the briefest of evaluations. Took some xrays, which I was informed I had to come back later that week (and pay another $50) to get the results. Put on a table for electric stimulation therapy. Never once told how this was going
