Barbara J. Goldsmith established the environment specialty consulting firm, Barbara J. Goldsmith & Company, in 1986 and she continues as its President through the current time. She has served as Executive Director of the Ad-Hoc Industry Natural Resource Management Group, since she, in cooperation with six major coporations, founded the Group in 1988.
