The agency was started and is owned and operated by Sandra L. Lewis, RN. First Choice Home Care has two locations: 506 Carthage Street, Sanford and 1754 E. 11th St, Suite B in Siler City. We are proud to serve Lee, Chatham, Wake, Harnett, Cumberland, Moore, Randolph, Guilford, Alamance, Orange, and Durham counties since 1998.
First Choice Home Care provides a variety of services to meet the needs of individuals at home or in facilities. We customize our services for your needs. Private Duty Nursing, under the direct order of your physician, gives you the advantage of quality medical care delivered by an experienced RN or LPN in the comfort of your home.
Who receives home care? From infants to adults, people who are recovering from an illness or hospital stay, are disabled, chronically or terminally ill and require health care or personal care can benefit from services provided at home. People who need some level of care, but do not require hospitalization or other inpatient facility care, and who prefer to receive hourly care at home.
If you or a family member requires the care of a Registered Nurse or Nursing Assistant, First Choice Home Care can help! Your physician may order home care or a family member or the client may request home care services. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have concerning care at home.
