A-able claims to be open 24 hours for any emergencies. Wrong. It's 6pm and I have called approximately 15 times for their help without an answer and without being able to even leave a message. And they want my business?!!! Wrong. They just lost their next customer and someone who could have given them even corporate business. Boy are they stupid. They lost a HUGE account. Say bye to your business a-UN-able!!!!!!

I needed a lock put onto a jewelry armoire and I called a couple other businesses with no reply to my calls. :(
I called A-Able on Tuesday, 8/13/12, and spoke to Dorothy. Who by the way is a very sweet woman! I explained my situation and she told me that she would have a technician call me. About 5 minutes later my phone rings and it is the technician. I couldn't believe it, and he told me he would have Dorothy call me to set up a time for him to come out. It took her only about 20 minutes to call me back and booked him to come out the very next day! He was scheduled to be here at 2
