Dirk has been working on our computers for six years now. Our corporation has several office computers that Dirk performs quarterly service on and also provides continues technical support for not only our office but our field personnel as well. On an average, we probably rely on Dirks support 5-6 times per month, not including the additional quarterly maintenance.

I called Dirk at Tech Remedy last week and he was very prompt and professional. He called and emailed me to set up an appointment. He was the only one of four companys I emailed that even bothered to get back to me. He was on time for the appointment we had set up and he set up my new computer and transferred all my files over from my old computer. He then helped us with our cell phones and my wifes I - Pad. I would highly recommend Dirk for all and any problems you have tech wise. He is now my go to person for any problems we have.

I called Tech Remedy this morning after fighting with my computer for half of my work day yesterday and coming in this morning to the same unresolved problems (we all hope these things work themselves out magically, right?). Dirk, the owner, suggested a few solutions over the phone that I had already attempted with no luck before coming out to save the day a mere hour later. He explained everything he was doing while he worked (which I appreciated) and even took the time to look at my coworkers slow computer. We can't wait for him to come back and upgrade our RAM and hard drives! Quick, friendly
