After working in sales for his father's Albuquerque local business, Brian decided to venture into a field that put his finance degree to better use.

Jennifer is a native New Mexican who comes to us in her 5th year of mortgage lending after working in consumer banking for several years. She decided to change her focus to mortgage financing after purchasing her first home in 2016. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to spend time with her fianc and her two teenage boys, ages 14 & 17.
Our job is to make the mortgage process as seamless as possible for you and your family. Thankfully, we are experts at that. The loan process is broken up into 6 parts: The Documentation Stage, The Appraisal Stage, The Underwriting Stage, The Conditional Approval Stage, The Clear-To-Close Stage, and finally the Closing Stage.

Financial Mortgage Solutions helped us with the purchase of our first home. The pre-approval was fast, and we were able to get a customized pre-approval letter on a weekend to place our offer in time. Our loan specialist Jason and loan manager Marcia were always quick to respond to my emails, and explained things clearly. It was also awesome that there were no lender fees at all. The only downside was the lack of updates on the appraisal, but I understand it's not entirely within the lender's control. I would definitely recommend FMS to my friends.

Jennifer King and her team consistently and continually amaze me. I've been working with Jennifer for about three years (purchase, refi) now and she always - always, delivers top notch and professional services. She's responsive and such a pleasure to work with. Able to do VA loans, navigating the rules and bureaucracy with ease and the speed of a laser. You cannot get a better mortgage solutions expert than her. Period. Brian's team was amazing during our first-time home buying experience. Jason, our loan officer, was very helpful and knowledgeable during the house search. Brian closely communicated with our realtor and got us an excellent rate for our loan. Deborah, our loan manager, was exceptional. We had some complicated closing restrictions and she was always on top of the paperwork and kept us informed until the day of closing. You'll have no financing worries buying a house with FMS, I couldn't recommend them enough!
