Catering by George's is a third generation business specializing in food service. L.M. and Belva George established the company in 1948. The original business started as a grocery store in South Jackson on Raymond Road. The Grocery Store was converted to a cafeteria in mid-1980. Over the years, the George family has evolved into an off-site catering specialist.
At Catering by George's, we offer 65 years of experience in off-site catering services. No matter the occasion or size of your party, your guests will be delighted by our menu and our hospitality. If you're planning an all-day conference or a morning meeting, start your day with a delicious breakfast complete with all of the fixings, or let us provide snacks for your break.
Reservoir Pointe facility is an exquisite site for various group and individual functions. Your guests will enjoy the ambience as well as the spectacular view overlooking the Ross Barnett Reservoir. Reservoir Pointe offers you a venue for your Wedding Ceremony, Reception, or Rehearsal Dinner. Catering by George's also offers Mississippi's most experienced off-site catering services. Our downstairs patio attached to the Cape Hatteras room offers comfortable seating for 75 guests with a serene background of the Ross Barnett Reservoir.

I called to inquire about space for an event that I was hosting in May. I am not quite familiar with the venue or the guest capacity requirements. The receptionist whom I spoke with was very short with me and was she unwilling to provide detailed information about their space even if they were unable to accommodate my event or provide other options, she just brushed me off and told me that they were booked. I called back again and spoke with the owner. His phone demeanor was rather unpleasant and it was apparent that he did not want to do business with me at all. He was unwilling to offer me any
