Services
Veteran with Non-veteran (who is not the spouse) is sent directly to the VA Eligibility center for prior approval (*typically with 25% down). Active Duty Members: 90 continuous days, or 181 during peacetime (excluding basic training). Un-Remarried Surviving Spouse: No time requirement, Veteran must have died on active duty or from a service-connected disability.
This service is provided by Mortgage Ready LLC, a professional credit score restoration company. Mortgage Ready LLC is not a division of or affiliated with Colorado VA Home Loans. The five area of credit work with, and sometimes against each other. For some customers, opening a new account is critical to raising their score as quickly as possible.
