Legendary Doors & Windows

I called this company to ask about a window. Apparently answering simple question about sizing is highly classified information they can't share. I looked it up online with another company who shares information and my order is already placed. I just worry if this is how they treat a customer calling in, how will they treat you on a project.

This company definitely lives up to their name. Great service from start to end. The wait time was a little extended due to Covid, but that was beyond their control. Excellent communication and follow-up. The new windows and sliding glass door in my son's townhome look fabulous and have really cooled the kitchen down. Thank you to "the Jasons!"

If I could say anything, MOVE ON. There have to be a hundred other crappy companies willing to take your money, ignore your requests, demean you, and then never ever take responsibility for their own mistakes. We ordered a window that Scott himself measured and it never fit! We had to push a lot of other stuff out of the way because of his incompetence. Not a word of apology. The installers were good, but they also agreed on my observations. Save yourself the trouble and try your luck with a different company. The bad reviews on these guys are totally true. I'm honestly not sure it

For patio door installation note that you must verify that the door rail will be installed flush to the floor.
in my case they have installed the sliding doors about 2 inch above which create a hazardous step which do not meet to california's safety standards for external sliding door.
other than that the qulity of the installation was leas than reasonable but ended up ok after all.

I am so happy I chose Legendary Doors and Windows because they did an excellent job. My French Door with sidelights is over 8 feet high and over 8 feet long and this was not a simple job because the 4" trim around the door had to be removed and replaced and it turned out perfect! Before the original door was removed my whole living room was expertly sealed off from the ceiling down and throughout! There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere when they were finished! Thank You Jason and his skilled team for an excellent job!

I’m so disappointed in this company. I’ve had 4 problems with my windows since installation — installed screens with rips, window tracks flooding with water because of improper drainage, vinyl framing coming unglued — and I always get excuses instead of timely responses and repairs. I’m still waiting for a call back to repair, again, the same framing that’s coming unglued less than 6 months after they glued it back into place. How shameful to have such ugly windows. I really wish I would have taken my business elsewhere, maybe my windows would look like they’ll actually last more

Excellent service and installers. Had all the windows in my house replaced. The foreman for my job was very conscientious to make sure I was completely satisfied with their workmanship. Very happy with our results. Highly recommend Legendary.

Some dude named Scott Lutz came out to give a quote which he never did until I kept calling. Then this dude gave apparently didn't even notice we had BIG GIANT SHUTTERS. When I finally got a hole of him to ask if shutters need to be removed to replace windows he has me send multiple pictures and call him back twice then just ignores me and doesn't ever get back to me.

If this is how a salesperson acts when trying to get your business, how are they going to treat you once they have the job?

I just had Legendary replace my doors and windows. I have not worked with a more professional, real and caring company. The owner and management of this company stand behind there work and truly go above and beyond. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We had Legendary do all 25 windows in our house, a mix of single hung, single and double casement, and picture windows, as well as replacing 2 large sliding doors with collapsible folding doors. From the day that Scott came and started the sales process, it was a pleasant experience. Scott was always readily available to answer my questions as I compared the Legendary bid to 4 other vendors and manufacturers. Overall, it was a good experience. I had the wrong color which was a mistake made by the salesperson. Legendary took action to work with me to resolve the issue. I did quite a bit of research before choosing Legendary Doors & Windows to replace all of the windows in my mother's house. Not a week goes by without my mother saying that she loves her new windows. The sales staff and installers were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
