Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies (Basin) is a Native American-owned small business with our corporate office located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Basin was founded in 2003 and began with a staff of 3 employees providing local safety training and consulting. We are proud to be recognized as a certified Minority Business Enterprise by National Minority Supplier Development Council.
In 2003 he co-founded Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies which now also includes Basin Transportation, adding to several other businesses he has owned and operated throughout his career. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma P.E. No. 13999.
In 1974 he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, and later in 1987, he received a Master of Science degree in Economics and Engineering, both degrees from the University of Oklahoma.During his career he has served key management positions for multiple companies while managing personnel and directing day to day operations.

As General Manager, J.T. oversees all aspects of field operations including environmental consulting, remediation and waste management services that Basin provides. J.T. has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental industry, which includes years of field work, project management, and business management in both the environmental consulting side of the business as well as the industry side of the business.

This affords the client the ability to focus on the day-to-day operations of the company while having the peace of mind to know that their regulatory compliance needs are being met.
