This company moved into the building next door to where I work and fenced off the entire premises. Many people would take walks through the office park on their breaks and it's always been open and free. Now it's difficult to make a full loop of the lake. There was really no need to fence anything off. No other building in the office park is fenced in. Not very neighborly indeed.
