Sun Ray was responsive and able to make difficult timings work for a residential install. Thanks to the level of service they provide, the amount of work was determined and a quote was established that handily beat out other companies. In addition to this the quality of the work was very high and every tech was courteous and could answer any question I had.

I contacted them on the phone to arrange an estimate for some work. The man came on time & was very nice in person etc.
I was promised an estimate within a few days. I waited over one week & then called . I was told someone would call back but they did not.
I called again & again was told someone would call back but again they did not .
At all times the lady on the phone was very nice but I do not understand why someone could not have taken the time to make even just a quick phone call.
I obviously do not know about their actual work but this experience has left me with little faith

I was referred to this place and left a voice mail a week ago Monday. After not being called back, I called at noon on Tuesday and talked to John, the service manager. He was nice enough on the phone and said he would discuss the issue I was asking to be addressed with his partner and he would call me back. it's now over a week and I have heard nothing. Apparently this company is neither looking to fix something that needs fixing or to entertain getting a one year maintenance agreement. I made clear we had an immediate issue with a large electrical component but nothing apparently warranted

Sun Ray Heating, Inc is a very thorough company. Services included an initial walk-through with detailed explanation of job to be performed and final costs were quoted. Tradesmen arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and professional. High quality workmanship was completed in a timely manner. Everything was put back in place and left as clean and neat as it was before the job was started. I highly recommend Sun Ray Heating, Inc.

I had a last minute emergency with my furnace when I called early in the morning. Sun Ray was able to come out within hours to take a look and give me an estimate of what was needed. Steve was especially helpful and my furnace was fixed by noon. I'm very impressed and would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks again! It's great to have heat!

My furnace was installed in December of 2017. The Sales rep was very nice, personable, and professional. The rebate was greatly appreciated as well.
The installers were professional and diligent. They worked well together. Their workmanship appears to be excellent. I love the fact that they cleaned up behind themselves.
Catherine recently called to schedule my annual service. I appreciated the fact that she helped me print my rebate forms. I highly recommend Sun Ray Heating!
