We were very pleased with our experience with Van with a Man. The truck arrived early and the gentleman were both professional and efficient. Tommy and Anthony answered all of my questions prior to the move and the day of move went very well! The job was completed and matched what I was quoted prior. We had a great experience with Van With A Man. They handled our big move efficiently and were so respectful of our belongings and of us. Tommy helped us organize what we needed to do before the move and Jason and his crew handled our belongings with care! I'm glad we found them, because a big move is stressful enough without having to worry about your movers.

I just want to advise everyone if you are looking for a moving company don't ever use van with a man!! I moved yesterday- it started as a bad experience- showed up late. Then the one mover huffed and puffed after he asked me if my stuff was going up stairs. Of course my bedroom is going upstairs what kind of question is that! Then they arrived and my dresser is ruined took a huge piece of wood off, all of my dining room chairs have holes in them. When I called the owner Tommy he was the most unprofessional, uneducated individual I ever had a conversation with. Was called bro multiple times

To respond to the owner of the moving company, it is funny how you think I was belligerent when you said just the opposite about your worker being that he didn't get along with customers and that you would "personally handle this move."
Pretty two faced behavior, I would say.

Stay away from this moving company. I moved from Matawan to Manalapan in June and it was an awful experience. We were quoted about $600 because we were moving from a 2 bedroom townhouse and moved all of the boxes ourselves.
The company was supposed to arrive somewhere around 2. They were 4 hours late and didn't come until 6pm. The movers were clearly exhausted but they said they were fine to do the move.
Upon their arrival, we were presented with "packages" of which I had never heard of or been notified of. Turns out if you want ANY of your furniture/tvs covered or protected you have to PAY PER

Let me start by saying that men who actually performed the move were pleasant, careful, and efficient. That's where the good part ends.
