Once a fire loss occurs it is the clear duty of the home or business owner to do everything in their power to prevent further damage. This typically begins with a board up of broken windows and unsecured doors, followed by roof tarps to secure the building from weather and further damage. A perimeter cleanup of broken glass, nails and debris is completed next so no one will get hurt.

I am writing to inform you of the marvelous job Thomas J Nesbitt and contractors did on my home. They put the roof on in a professional and timely manner. The workers were very polite and proficient. The roof was done so good until it gave my house a better look. The painters did a fantastic job so did the guys that put the flooring down in the kitchen.

Unfortunately for me, i've had to use Restoration Associates a few time at my condo. I really enjoy working with them. THey are super professional, always showing up on time to appointments, their services are well priced and they communicate very well, keeping you updated throughout the job. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Restoration Associates to clean out some mold damage in my mother's house due to a leak in the toilet that went into the walls. It was a referral from a friend of mine. They were not only really great at what they do but they are very nice and professional. The price was very fair, better than I thought something like that would cost. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Restoration Associates.

Soooooo our restoration project has been going on for nearly 2 months....to redo our floors....
Now, we did hit some unexpected issues so I understand the project will take longer, but a majority of the delay has been due to our restoration company, Restoration Associates.
It has been like pulling teeth to get them to come work. Sending multiple emails and making multiple phone calls just to get ahold of someone, only to be met with them being short with us.
Today I spoke with our point of contact, Tom (the owner, I'm assuming?), after he hasnt been responding and no one has been here to work
