Russ gave us a thorough and honest assessment. Checked everything, including my panel feeding the A/C unit. Excellent communication, even text a picture of the tech so we know who to expect! 5 stars!

The plumber sent to replace my garbage disposal needed to be better trained in electrical work so he could have completed his job without me having to call in an electrician after he left. The final wiring wasn't unusual or requiring additional circuits or wiring that wasn't already there. Even though the plumber didn't understand how they had originally wired it, it could have been completed by someone with a little more experience in my opinion. And I would expect someone working on a disposal to have that type of training. Not saying he didn't try, he did and sparks flew
