Pat Collado, Broker Owner of Collado Real Estate, is well known for having a work ethic that is second to none. Pat holds a degree in Marketing and Business from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business. About 40 years ago, Pat moved to Florida to direct management and sales of multi-unit residential and commercial properties and train salespeople throughout the state.

Pat Collado and her team, Candice and Norm, were phenomenal. The personal touch with selling my Moms home, after her passing truly touched my Family. Lindsey Smith was my realtor, and I will NEVER buy from anyone else! She was amazing and gave me the best feed back on all homes. There was absolutely no pressure and even with personal things going on in my life there was not pushing to get things done in a timely manner. She took her time with me and the follow ups were great. She listened to my every want and need, and with a small one income budget she was able to find the perfect home for myself and my son.
