I worked with Heather Russell and she was on the ball the entire time. She was able to get everything rolling in about an hour even though she told me up to 48 hours. We worked with Fritz Whaley to refinance both of our vehicles, and he was very professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and never lost his patience. He was happy to provide us with any information we needed. The process was smooth and easy and fairly quick other than waiting on the finance company to finalize everything after documents were signed, which was not out of line considering we signed the day before Thanksgiving. Overall we were pleased and have already mentioned Refijet to some friends and family.
