We had a rather substantial ant problem in our kitchen and a few wasps building homes on our covered deck. I called them initially to deal with the ants in the kitchen, they were everywhere and beyond annoying, nobody wants to feel like a bad housekeeper. When the initial tech came out, exactly as scheduled, he did an entire home inspection inside and out. I purchased an ongoing plan and began the process.
