Our teams of Surgical Assistants are highly trained professionals that assist the Doctors in every phase of treatment. The entire staff is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified on an annual basis. With ongoing education and expertise, you can be assured our team of Dental Assistants will provide you with the highest quality of care.
We understand that your first visit to the dentist can feel overwhelming and we try to accommodate all new patients with a comfortable and organized facility. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment, but without waiting to see the doctor. Our front desk is available Monday-Friday to assist you in scheduling your consultation appointment at the location of your choice.
We are in-network with many plans that allow us to do top quality dental care at reasonable fees. We recommend that patients contact their insurance carrier to understand their benefits and confirm that the provider is in-network. We can file out of network claims and while we are not contracted with any medical plans we will file to them for covered services or as required to do so by your dental plan.

I had the worst experience at both locations!! I arrived on time with all of my paperwork completed as requested in addition to other required documents. The front desk staff started out friendly but that quickly changed when we had to discuss the additional costs after I had already paid for the consultation and x-rays!! The dental assistants at both locations were not very talkative and made me feel very uncomfortable!! Dr. Sbigoli was extremely unfriendly and very unpleasant!! I had no choice but to return for the procedure because I had already paid for it!! I was happy to know that I didn

I have been to this office multiple times. I have never had a bad experience! All the girls up front are very nice and go into detail about the amount that is due which not a lot of offices offer. I really appreciate knowing what my insurance covers and doesn't cover. As for the assistants and the doctors, everyone that I have came in contact with is very comforting and tells me what to expect. I will continue to refer my friends and families to this office. :)

I was referred to McHenry Dental Specialists after my regular dentist said it was time for my wisdom teeth to come out. I had no problems at all when scheduling appointments or communicating with my dental insurance. I visited both the McHenry and the Lake in the Hills office and all the staff members were very nice. My surgery went exactly as planned and Dr. Spigoli did a fantastic job! I would recommend this practice to anyone.

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! McHenry Specialists were VERY EASY to deal with!! From the moment I made the call for my appointment until I was saying good-bye to the receptionist. The doctor was very thorough explaining everything to me before and after my procedure!! I completely understood what he was saying. I would highly recommend anyone to these highly talented and kind doctors!!
