I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday and was given an appointment for Friday morning. I provided my insurance information (WHICH INCLUDED EMAILING A PICTURE OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF MY BCBS INSURANCE CARDS) the day before my appointment and was told, "Oh insurance will pay but I'm gonna call and verify. I'll call you if they say anything different." I told them I wasn't interested in coming if my insurance wouldn't cover their x-rays, so please call me if it won't cover so I don't take off work. I never heard back from her.

The doctor was rushing me, if you're going to rush me then DON'T BOOK ME! Then Hannah and the receptionist tried to cheat me OUT of 100 saying I had to pay for my x-rays, AFTER billing my insurance for it ( so if I wasn't smart they would've gotten paid TWICE), then LIED and said she couldn't get Aetna on the phone? YEAH RIGHT YOU NEVER CALLED THEM!!! Like are you serious? This place is a scam.... I requested my x-rays and got all kinds of attitude from the receptionist. I'll NEVER GO BACK THERE....there's plenty of places that want my business... they tried to play me..shame on you guys...God
