They were very thorough and took time to ensure the measurements were correct. Polite, professional, explained the process of fabricating the screens and provided me with frame color options. Shawn came out to the residence and measured all existing windows and came up with options that truly maximized the view and air flow through the residence.

I ordered custom doors from Timberline Millwork in February 2010 and could not be more displeased with the service I received. My product arrived approx. one month after the promised delivery date after numerous delays. When my doors arrived, the window trim did not match, the quality of caulking was poor, and the hardware was missing pieces and mis-matched. After installation, the sealant around window trim spread away from windows (i.e. not only towards windows as expected) creating a mess and ruining the stain. A company employee came to my house to inspect the doors after receiving my complaint

Tried to order window screens and after rudely being told that I would have to fill out their form, I asked her to email it. I returned the completed form via email and was ignored, I sent another email asking for a quote and was ignored. I called after 9 days had passed and after discussion with the same rude woman about screen clips and the groove measurements needed where the screen sits in, I sent an email saying that the groove measurements were 1/4" top and bottom. I was then told I needed to resubmit on their form. Just like the previous reviewer said their customer service is not good.
