Horrible company. They say they care about their customers and that they are fast and reliable.
They came out to service my washer on 8/3/21. They needed to order a part and said it will take a day or two.
It is now 9/7/21 they never made any calls to me to keep me updated. I had to make the calls. I have paid $321. Doubt I get that money back

They came to look at our refrigerator on Sept 1st. The technician said we need a new control board and they have the part and will be back in 2 days to put it in. Then they called the next day and said they don't have the part and will have to wait a couple more days until they get it in. Then they called today, Sept 8 and said we'll have to wait… till Sept 18 until they get it in. Then they said it's not there fault for not having it in the warehouse, and not being able to deliver it as promised. Don't use this company. They have no clue what they're doing or have in there warehouse. I

Warning Warning Warning!!!!!!. A guy came to the house to fix the refrigerator door. I watched him take off a nut and replace it. He said done. Then gave me a bill for two hundred dollars. He said it was so large because he had to come out of philly. They aren't local. They just use local numbers. I told him I wasn't paying that much. As I called the office. He was threatening my 72 year old mother. The office said they would send an adjusted bill in the mail. we never got it. We assumed they must have felt bad because as he was leaving he was screaming that he was going to send his
