I have absolutely no words to describe the professionalism of Danny at this Management company. He has went above and beyond to make my miserable previous experience with another management company much better. He made my life somewhat easier do to his helpful attitude. I recommend them 100% as a renter and as a landlord. Best in Savannah. They have my business for sure.

Awful experience. They actually forget to collect rent for the first month. With what I pay them I expect so much more than lazy and forgetful service. Outdated systems coupled with a dont really care attitude makes them the worst company in Savannah to deal with. Better choices out there. Start there!

I previously gave Judge a 5 star review, but I've had to amend my review after my property manager at Judge changed.
Unfortunately, I experienced poor service over the course of 3 months in 2016 when my tenants ultimately had to be evicted. There was very poor communication from Judge - when my owner payment was late and I inquired if they had received rent from the tenants, they assured me they had and that they had sent me proof of it.
However, the tenants had not paid rent and this ultimately led to their eviction and a loss of 3 months rent. While Judge assisted with this process,

Working with Judge Realty and their property manager Tripp has been great.
Tripp is calm, cool and collected when it comes to helping you find an apartment or home to rent.
Even after we moved in, he has been taking care of our needs (small and large such as AC going out, to smoke alarms that would not stop buzzing!)
I am not sure what we would have done without Tripp because he is great and so is Judge Realty.

Absolutely awful. From the minute we rented an apartment from them there were problems. They didn't give us the right keys on our move in day, so we were locked out of the apartment that we were paying 1 day prorated rent on. The house was absolutely filthy when we moved in (food in the refrigerator, dead bugs everywhere, none of the lights worked and the windows were nailed shut). They continuously ignored our phone calls and emails when there were maintenance problems like when our door knobs started falling off and we kept getting locked in our rooms.
