I have waited about 6 months to post and have to say that the change I have seen in my children is amazing as well as myself. My Son and Daughter both have ADHD and we wanted Karate to help them to improve their focus and concentration. I have to say that it has done that and more. Sensei Lloyd Brown knows how to work with children that can be "… headstrong" to keep their personality but mold them into respectful children. I have learned much through helping my children train as well. I have learned to have patience and understanding through watching Mr.Brown teach and been able to bring

The kid's are very excited to be in karate! I'm hoping to help teach them discipline and respect and I am impressed with the way this class teaches that. I'm carrying the incentive of earning rewards home with us and am hoping to improve the behavior at home.
