We needed additional letters, and it had been a long time since we had ordered. The person that I talked with was very helpful answering questions that enabled me to be sure that I was ordering the right type. She even mailed me a sample to compare with our existing letters so that I could be sure. Once ordered, the letters were shipped promptly.

Fantastic company to work with and the customer service is outstanding. I made a fairly large purchase, guessing at what my school needed. I was wrong! They worked with me to get items returned and sent samples of what I should have ordered in the first place. Next time we need anything else, they will be the first choice!

This is the first Marquee pole/ suction attachment I've bought from NRBSC and I can tell you it's the best. For two years I was using two different poles with two different sized attachments. This product is far superior in strength and flexibility. I no longer get tired arms from repetitively moving letters up and down. I can do it in one try! Its saved a lot of time.

Awesome experience. I had a marquee sign and I was not sure what font our letters were. I was able to email them a picture of our current font and they found the correct font. Every time I have had to call the staff have been wonderful to work with and their prices are lower than anywhere I've found. Highly recommended.
