H & H Environmental Systems
We are grateful to be a part of the innovation and expertise required to bring your project to fruition. This drives our enthusiasm. With customized testing and specialized equipment we ensure our customers' designs are field-ready. H&H was founded in 2001 on the premise that we could minimize chamber down-time and achieve exceptional reliability through scheduled preventative maintenance and thorough repair.

Utilizing the same philosophy at our accredited test laboratory, we maintain our equipment to provide a seamless and reliable experience for our testing requirements. Our on-site staff specializing in equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our processes and measurements.
Services
Our temperature and humidity test chambers support long-term storage, cyclical ramping, and rapid thermal shock with conditioned spaces ranging from compact benchtops to full-size walk-ins. Temperature and humidity testing is the most common method of environmental stress screening. H&H has the equipment and monitoring systems to support nearly every condition defined by military, engineering, and customer standards.
Whether your product will be exposed to the slow rolling of a ship, rocking of a truck on the highway, or the violence of a rocket launch, it will need to be tested for damaging resonances and stress fractures. Our advanced vibration controllers in conjunction with our electrodynamic shakers can simulate sine sweeps, random spectrums, sine-on-random, mechanical shock, and more.
To fully prove the stress factors that will affect the life of a product in the field, it can be necessary to control multiple conditions simultaneously. The most common combined environment tests involve cycling temperature during vibration or altitude/pressure exposure.

H&H has experience controlling multiple conditions with our existing combined environment chambers, and expertise building custom solutions to control customer's required combinations.
Salt-Fog and Salt-Spray testing proves the effectiveness of protective coatings and finishes on materials and determines the negative effects of salt deposits on a product. Screening through Salt-Fog and Salt-Spray testing can expose design flaws and quality control deficiencies in the manufacturing process prior to deployment.
Altitude and Pressure testing can be used to prove components operating in air carriages and test the fitment of packaging and sealed devices to ship in unpressurized cargo holds. Rapid and Explosive Decompression tests prove proper operation or explosion-proof failure of a component in case of an emergency decompression of a pressurized cabin.
