Victors Home Care was founded in 2002, after the owner, Victor Baringholts, saw a need to take care of his elderly grand parents. Victor had a hard time finding a company that would be able to meet complex care needs for his grand parents. At that time he decided to establish his own company to provide flexible and tailored care for patients in need.
