We are a small diverse Family Firm of Certified and Public Accountants. Our areas of expertise include Auditing, for both commercial and non-profit entities, Accounting, Consulting and Tax Preparation and Planning services for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as, high net worth individuals.
Our goal is to provide the best Auditing, Accounting and Consulting and Taxation services to our family of clients. Our accounting services vary from client to client. We offer a menu of services from taxation preparation and representation, payroll services and general write-up work, as well as, traditional Compilation and Review Services. We offer comprehensive Auditing services for many of our clients. Our areas of specialties involve HUD developments, NJHMFA developments and other real estate entities.
We are an auditing team of regional peer reviewed CPA's that specialize in performing Certified Audits, HUD Audits, A-133 Yellow Book Non-Profit Audits, USDA Rural Development Multi-Family, Other Certified Audits and other Non-Profit Organization Audits services and their related tax returns only. We have serviced clients in 13 states.
Linda Wortman and her husband Jerry Wortman cofounded WLCF in 2014. Linda, a never-smoker, survived lung cancer and with just half a lung has run a 5K race in all 50 states since 2012. WLCF's Running Lungs Races and National Healthy Lungs Research Project raise support and awareness of Lung Cancer (the leading cause of cancer deaths in the US).
