Been working here 1.5 years now and seen a lot of change for the positive. Pay increased and policies for attendance changed to be more helpful to contact center. Executives have made a lot of changes and removed roadblocks to the adoption of a new way of doing business. Company has seen a lot of new business and it's growing. Great time to join and grow if you have the right mind set.

While I worked with them I was never paid on time, or ever as supposedly a payment is on the way as of writing this. When I asked to be paid in a timely manner they cancelled my contract. The only thing they can do apparently is create a hostile, unprofessional and slightly threatening work environment.
