Discovery Rehab & Living of Salmon, Idaho is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, conveniently located at 600 Shanafelt Street, in the heart of Lemhi County, Idaho. We are only a short driving distance to Steele Memorial Medical Center. We feature 45 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.
