My son is in college at UCM as a freshman, and was coming home for Christmas break, but his car had a flat tire. They stayed open late to accommodate him, got him fixed up so he could make it home safely, and did it at a great price. Aaron was friendly, polite, and helpful. I can see why they have such a high rating on google reviews.

They are so nice and professional! This is outstanding business all the way around. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else in town. They are priced fair and very professional. I watched them help a lady that needed some repairs to parts that she wasn't expecting and they waived the labor fee and only charged her for the parts. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional and unsafe work environment. Noticed no one wearing eye protection or any PPE, definitely not up to standards. Usually at these establishments I see fire extinguishers or eye wash stations... saw none of those. No one greeted me so I walked out. Went to Burg Ford instead and they took care of me well.

George the manager of auto department, a 15 year employee, was unable to run his department well enough to have customers know that it was a 3 hour wait for a tire to be changed. We were stuck in the store for 3 hours without notice. When asked about the wait the only thing he offered was to cancel our order, we had no other options and had to leave with tires... Boonie was the cashier that never warned us.
It was a long and pointless Saturday. No upset about the delay, I'm disappointed in Bonnie's and George's not caring.

My daughter's friend had a flat, and the lug nuts that these guys put on were far too tight. If he'd been anywhere away from immediate help, he'd have been screwed. Fortunately, I was able to get them with a breaker bar and a leverage wrench, but even then I had to basically deadlift the back of the car before they broke loose.

Awesome as always. We have lived here for a little over 2 years and we will never go anywhere else for any of our car care needs than here. The customer service is outstanding and the work they do is remarkable. If you need anything done on your car I suggest to go to Warrensburg quick lube. We are about to head to England and they got our cars fresh and ready to ship!!! Strongly recommend these guys!!!
